NORTH SHORE LAKE HOUSE

A country house designed for a retired couple, with space enough for their extended family and grandchildren to  visit.  The long house is divided into three volumes: the public sphere, the sleeping wing, and finally the sauna. The house is aligned along the east west axis, and is open along the south facade with views to the lake beyond.
